Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide (large sugar) naturally present in many tissues including the skin. It is responsible for the hydration, lubrication and stability of tissues. It can retain up to 500 times its weight in water.

It is a very powerful moisturizer and humectant. It softens the skin and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

Toutes les parties du fruit de la rose sont thérapeutiques. L'huile de baies se démarque par sa richesse en vitamine C. Quant à elle, l'huile des graines extraite au CO2 est riche en acides gras essentiels et en vitamine A. De couleur orangée, cette huile au taux élevé en acide trans rétinoïque n'a ni les effets irritants ni photosensibilisants du rétinol de synthèse.

Cette huile favorise la production de collagène. Elle diminue l'apparence des rides, des ridules, de la pigmentation, des cicatrices et des vergetures. Elle peut contribuer à prévenir ou à soigner les rougeurs, les troubles de couperose ou de rosacée.
